Cranberry Sorbet

3 Cups Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail, divided
1 (0.3 oz.) Package Cranberry Sugar Free Gelatin
1 Cup Cold Fat Free Evaporated Milk
6 Packets Splenda

Bring 1 1/2 cups of the juice to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining 1 1/2 cups juice then add the milk. Add the mixture to an ice cream machine and mix until frozen. 

Serves: 5 (1 Cup Each)
