Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Splenda Granular
4 Cup Water
Blend ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Stir until sugar is
dissolved. Chill mixture, and then freeze stirring often, or put
mixture into an ice cream maker for faster processing. This kind of
tastes like a fudgesicle. It's best to eat it right away, but if you
freeze it to eat later, let it sit out for about 30 minutes to
soften.
