Apple-Walnut Soup
3 Cups No
Sugar Added Applesauce
1/4 Cup Splenda Granular
1/2 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
1 Cup Fat Free Half and Half
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip
1 Cup Cored, Peeled, and Finely Chopped Apple
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts, divided
In a medium bowl, combine Applesauce, Splenda, and Apple Pie Spice.
Stir in Half and Half and Cool Whip. Add Apple and 1/4 Cup Walnuts.
Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, gently stir the mixture and place into small
cups or bowls. Sprinkle one teaspoon of remaining walnuts on top of
each serving.
