Banana Peanutter Crunch Bar

1 Packet Swiss Miss Fat Free Diet Hot Cocoa Mix
1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1 Medium Banana
1/4 Cup Post Grape Nuts Cereal 

Blend banana, peanut butter and cocoa mix until combined. Stir in cereal. Pour into an 8X8 dish lined with plastic wrap and freeze. Remove plastic wrap from dish and cut into bars.

Serves: 6
