Apple Crisp
1 (20
oz.) Can No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling
1/2 Cup Splenda Granular
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Low Fat Granola without Raisins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 4 custard cups with butter
flavored nonstick spray. Place apple pie filling in a microwave safe
dish. Cut apples in half using kitchen scissors, or a knife and
microwave for 2-3 minutes to soften a little. Mix in Splenda and
cinnamon, then spoon into custard cups. Top with granola (approx. 3
Tablespoons each). Bake for 25 minutes or until top is crisp and
apple pie mix is bubbly.
