Spicy Kielbasa
Soup
14 ounces
Butterball Lean Turkey Smoked Sausage Links
12 oz. Frozen Peppers
1 Medium Onion, chopped
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Jalapeno Pepper
15 ounces Canned Corn, drained
14 ounces Diced Tomatoes
4 Cups Fat Free Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Water
15 ounces Canned Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
Cut the sausage links in half lengthwise, and then into small pieces
to resemble half moons. Place all ingredients into the crockpot and
stir to combine. Cook on high heat for 8 hours.
