Crockpot Lasagna
3/4 Cup
Chopped Onion
2 (14.5 oz.) Cans Diced Tomatoes
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Packet Splenda
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
1 (12 oz.) Bag Morningstar Farms Sausage Style Crumbles
8 oz. Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, broken into small pieces
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the onion,
tomatoes, tomato paste, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, Splenda,
Oregano, Garlic Powder, Basil and Sausage Crumbles. Stir to combine.
Place the lid on top and cook on high for 2 hours. Uncover and stir
in the lasagna noodles, making sure they are completely covered in
the sauce. Place the lid back on top and continue to cook on high
until the noodles are done (about 2 hours).
Serves: 7 (1 Cup Each)
