BBQ Pork

Pounds Pork Tenderloin, cut into small pieces
1/2 Cup Diet Cola
1 Cup Kraft Carb Well Original BBQ Sauce
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place all of the
ingredients into the crockpot and stir well to combine. Cook on high
for 5 to 6 hours. Stir well to break the pieces up so that the BBQ
looks sort of shredded (I used a fork and pressed down on it). If
you want a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes
of cooking. Serve on 1 point buns or baked potatoes for additional
points.
