Aztec Black
Beans
1 Pound
Dried Black Beans
1 (16 oz.) Jar of Chunky Salsa
Rinse beans, removing any stones or foreign objects. Cover with hot
water and soak over night.
Drain beans and place back into crockpot and mix with salsa. Add
just enough water to cover beans (about 1 1/2 - 2 Cups). Stir.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
