Recipes - Crockpot

 

 

 

 

Veggie Soup

1 (46 oz.) Can Low Sodium Tomato Juice
46 oz. Water (just use the can to measure)
2 Cups Frozen Cauliflower, partially thawed and cut small
1 Small Head Cabbage, sliced thin
2 Medium Sweet Onions, chopped
3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 Cups Frozen Corn
1 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
2 (14.5 oz.) Cans French Style Green Beans
Pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a crockpot (except green beans and cauliflower). Cook for 3 hours on high, and then add the green beans and cauliflower. Cook for another 3 hours or until desired consistency is reached. 

Serves: 20 (1 Cup Each)
