Recipes - Crockpot

 

 

 

 

Taco Junk

1 Pound Lois Rich Pure Ground Turkey, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 (11 oz.) Cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained and rinsed
1 (15.5 oz.) Can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
2 (.4 oz.) Packages Ranch Salad Dressing (Dry Mix)
1 (10 oz) Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 (16 oz.) Jar Salsa (hot, medium, or mild)

Mix all ingredients together. Place in crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. You can server this with baked chips, in a taco salad, etc. I put it on baked tostada shells with fat free refried beans, lettuce, onion, and fat free sour cream. 

Serves: 16 (1/2 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 98 Calories; 3g Fat (23.5% calories from fat); 8g Protein; 11g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 22mg Cholesterol; 410mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain (Starch); 1 Lean Meat; 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Fat. WWP: 2
