Recipes - Crockpot

 

 

 

 

Special Baked Chicken

1 (2.5 oz.) Pkg. Carl Budding 90% Lean Pressed Beef
4 (4 oz.) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 (10 oz.) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Sour Cream
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes


Spray crockpot with butter flavored non-stick spray. Divide pressed beef into 4 even bundles. Wrap chicken pieces inside beef bundles, and then place into crockpot. In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, flour, and parsley flakes. Pour Soup mixture evenly over chicken bundles. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. When serving, evenly spoon sauce over each chicken bundle.
