Complete Chicken Dinner

Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, uncooked
1 (10 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10 oz.) Can 98 % Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
6 Potatoes, peeled and cut in half or quartered (depending on size)
1/2 Cup Water
16 oz. Baby Carrots
1 Onion, peeled and sliced into thick rings
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste (optional)
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the carrots, potatoes and onions in the crockpot.
Place chicken on top,
Whisk the soups and water together, then pour over all of the
ingredients in the crockpot.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
With a slotted spoon, remove the chicken, potatoes, carrots and
onions to a serving dish. Be sure to drain off as much of the soup
mixture as possible when doing this. Cover the dish to keep warm.
Add the cornstarch to the soup mixture and whisk until smooth.
Place a lid on the crockpot and continue to cook on low for another
5 minutes.
Serves: 6

Weigh the chicken and potatoes.
1 oz. Chicken = 1 Point
4 oz. Potatoes = 1 1/2 Points
Divide the carrots and onions.
Top each plate with 1/3 Cup Soup Mixture.
I'll use my plate as an example:
4 oz. Chicken = 4 points
4 oz. Potatoes = 1 1/2 points
1/6 of carrots and onions = 1/2 point
1/3 Cup of Soup Mix = 1 point
