6 (4 oz.
Each) Boneless Skinless Chicken-Breast Halves
1 (.7 oz.) Packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 Cup Water
1 (8 oz.) Package Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
Place chicken in crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix and water.
Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Combine
cheese, and soup until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover; Cook on
low 1 hour, or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over noodles or
rice. (Optional for additional points).
