Whole Wheat
Popovers
1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Fat Free Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Fat Free Margarine Spread
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Packets Splenda
Mix all ingredients until blended. DO not over mix. Spray 6 popover
tins or regular sized muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Dive
the mixture between the tins (approx. 1/3 cup each). Place the
popovers into a cold oven and turn the oven to 450 degrees. Bake at
450 for 25 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees. Continue
baking for another 10-15 minutes. If they start to get too brown,
place a piece of foil lightly on top.
