Toast
1 (8 oz.)
Carton Egg Substitute
1/3 Cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
12 Slices Reduced Calorie Whole Wheat Bread
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow pan or bowl, combine the
egg substitute, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Dip each slice of bread
quickly into the mixture to coat both sides, then place on a cookie
sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake each side for 3 to
4 minutes.
Note: you can also cook each slice in a skillet over medium heat if
you don't want to make all of the slices at once. I just bake mine
because it takes too long to cook 12 slices of bread in a skillet.
By baking them, the whole family can eat at the same time.
