Easy Rolls
1 Cup Self Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1 1/4 Tbsp. Plain non-fat yogurt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 8 muffing tins with butter
flavored cooking spray. Stir ingredients together and place in
coated tins. Spray tops of rolls with butter flavored cooking spray.
Add water to tins not being used. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until
golden brown.
Serves: 8
