Yummy Banana Bread

1 Cup Splenda Granular
1 1/2 Cups Reduced Fat Bisquick
3 Medium Banana, very ripe and mashed
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Tablespoons Flax Seed, milled
2 Tablespoons Pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 5x9 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the Splenda, mashed bananas, egg substitute and vanilla. Add the bisquick, brown sugar, baking soda, flax seed and pecans; mix with a spoon until combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then dump it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling. Cut into 10 slices.
