Pumpkin Cake

1 (18 oz.) Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Splenda Granular
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Cup Pumpkin
1/4 Cup Water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Medium Eggs
1/2 oz. Pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together the cake mix, Splenda, applesauce, pumpkin, water, cinnamon and eggs until blended well. Spray a 9X13 pan with non-stick spray. Pour the cake batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on the top. Bake for approx. 45 minutes, checking with a toothpick until it comes out clean. Place cakepan on a rack to cook completely.
