Suz-Q Sandwiches

Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Splenda Granular
8 oz. Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 1/2 Cups Marshmallow Fluff
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients together in
a medium bowl, and then add the fat free yogurt mixing until moist.
Spray an 8X8 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the cake mixture into the dish and pat with moist hands until
even. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Once cool, cut into 8 even pieces. Slice each piece in half to
create a top and a bottom. Place 3 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff
on the bottom piece and then cover the fluff with the top piece.
