Cinnamon Cakies
1 Betty
Crocker Supermoist Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
3 Tablespoons Water
1/3 Cup Fat Free Margarine Spread
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Splenda Granular mixed with Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cake mix, cinnamon, egg
substitute, water and margarine with a hand mixer until blended.
Spray a cookie scoop with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray.
Drop level scoops of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet that has been
sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle each cookie with the cinnamon/Splenda
mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove cookies
from sheet and allow to cool on a rack.
