Lemon Squares
1 Box
Angel Food Cake Mix
1 (16 oz.) Can Lemon Pie Filling
1/8 Cup Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a hand mixer, mix the angel food
cake mix with pie filling until combined well. Pour into a 9X13 pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely, and then sprinkle powdered
sugar on top. These remind me of the texture of sponge cake, but
taste a little like pound cake. That's just my opinion though. :)
