1 Point Brownies
1/2 Cup
Unsweetened Cocoa
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cups Splenda Granular
8 oz. Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients then add the
fat free yogurt mixing until moist. Spray an 8X8 dish with nonstick
baking spray. Place mixture in dish and pat with moist hands until
even. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
These brownies are more like cake brownies. Top with 2 tablespoons
of fat free cool whip if you like for no additional points.
