Below are some of my various food journals. I'm posting these so that you can see the variety of food items you can have on Weight Watchers. I am not a huge fruits and veggies fan, so you really should try to add in a lot more than I did if you're thinking about following any of my journals day to day. These journals aren't really meant to be a food guide, but more of just an idea in case you're new and think you can only have salad.
