What's This Site About?
The reason I've decided to
build this website is to not only help myself stay accountable, but
also to hopefully help inspire those of you whom need to lose 10, 20, 25, 50,
75, 100 or even more pounds. I know that if I didn't have the support
of my family,
meetings, and Internet friends, it would be a lot harder for me to
stick to my goals.
When I started this weight loss journey, I
had to lose almost approx. 150 pounds. The first week of my new
lifestyle change, I had doubt that I would be able to stick with it.
You see, I'm one of those people that have tried just about every diet
available. The last diet I tried was the Low Carb diet. H-E-L-L-O!!!
I'm a carbohydrate junky!!! I saw no possible solution for staying
away from them. Oh I tried, and in fact I did well for about 2 weeks.
I just couldn't do it. I once again slipped back into the "Doomed to
be fat forever" mode.
At my highest weight, I was 277.4
pounds. My Weight Watchers goal is 135 pounds, but my personal goal is
to get down to approx. 127 pounds.
With all of that said, pull up a chair,
grab yourself a diet beverage of choice, and let the Adventures begin!
